Hurray, this is from my neck of woods! This is a beautiful photo with wonderful, almost touchable colors (not sure how else to describe it). I see a lot of nature photographers using dazzlingly bright color filters or effects (or some technique?) which give a bright, colorful, surreal look to many landscape pieces... but would I be correct in saying that I don't think you used a filter for this?
What struck me is that it looks like a perfectly natural, beautiful Montana morning.
The only thing I could critique is that I think there could be a little more definition between the foreground and the background. At first glance it seems a little flat (on the flip side, it's a wonderful mirror effect). But as I know very little about advanced photography, I don't know if that's an effect of the soft light, early morning fog or what have you.
Overall it's peaceful, striking and lovely. Love the long panorama.
